Sea Area A2 definition

Sea Area A2 means an area, excluding sea area A1, within the radiotelephone coverage of at least one MF coast station in which continuous DSC alerting is available;
Sea Area A2 means an area, excluding sea area A1, within the radiotelephone coverage of at least one MF coast station in which continuous DSC alerting is available, as may be defined by a Contracting Government.
Sea Area A2 means an area, excluding sea area A1, within the radiotelephone coverage of at least one MF coast station in which continuous DSC alerting is available, and specified as such an area in Volume 5 of the Admiralty List of Radio Signals;

Sea Area A2 means an area, excluding sea area A1, defined in a Marine Notice, that is within radiotelephone coverage of at least one land station in the mari- time mobile service capable of transmitting and receiving in the MF band and in which continuous DSC alerting is available;

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
