SEALED BID LABEL has been enclosed to affix to your bid. This label MUST be affixed to the outside of the envelope or package, even if it is a “NO BID” response. Failure to attach the label may result in your bid being opened in error or not being routed to the proper location for consideration. No bid will be accepted after the date and time specified.
