Search Data means the Pre-action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents; means the Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents; means the data about the Claimant which is input into the MedCo Database by the Authorised User to generate the Provider Data;
Search Data means the data and information acquired, or to be acquired, in the performance of the Contract and provided to the Commonwealth in accordance with the Contract, and includes, according to the context, either or both:
