Seasonal establishment definition
Seasonal establishment means a plantation of tea, coffee, rubber, cardamom or pepper, a coffee curing establishment, a fireclay mine or a gypsum mine;
Seasonal establishment means a guest ranch or outfitting and guide facility operating for less than 120 days in a calendar year and offering accommodations to no more than 40 people on average a day. The average number of people a day is determined by dividing the total number of guests accommodated during the year by the total number of days that the establishment was open for the purpose of accommodating guests as a guest ranch or outfitting and guide facility during the year.
Seasonal establishment means an establishment that operates for a period of no more than six consecutive months in conjunction with a regularly occurring event, on a weekly or monthly basis, but not occurring for more than five consecutive days, which event has received necessary approval from the city of El Paso. This type of permit may not be renewed for six months from expiration date.
