Seasonal High definition

Seasonal High means the highest annual static groundwater elevation associated with stable aquifer conditions following a period of lowest annual groundwater demand.

  • Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.

  • Seasonal worker means a worker who has been paid wages by a seasonal employer for work performed only during the normal seasonal work period.

  • Evaporative emissions means the hydrocarbon vapours lost from the fuel system of a motor vehicle other than those from exhaust emissions;
