Seasonal pool definition
Seasonal pool means those public swimming pools that are permitted to operate no more than seven consecutive months per year. Permits for seasonal pools shall run from April 1 until October 31.
Seasonal pool means a pool that is opened for a few months during the calendar year, is then closed and reopens the next year during the same approximate time period.
Seasonal pool means any pool facility that is opened during no more than five months in a calendar year.
