Seasoning represents the number of payments elapsed from the earlier of the "First Payment Date (P&I)" or "First Payment Date (IO)" to the Cut-off Date.

Seasoning means, with respect to a Receivable and any date of determination, the number of days (based on a 360 day year) elapsed from the Origination Date of such Receivable to such date of determination divided by 30.
