SeaSpine Assets definition

SeaSpine Assets means (a) all Assets owned by the SeaSpine Entities, and (b) all Assets owned by the Integra Entities that are used primarily in, or that primarily relate to, the SeaSpine Business.

  • Transferred Assets means the assets, rights and properties of the Sellers that the Purchasers shall acquire as of the Closing.
