SECOND (2nd) ORDER STREAM definition

SECOND (2nd) ORDER STREAM means a stream which begins downstream of the confluence of two first (1st) order streams and ends downstream of the confluence of two second (2nd) order streams, based on USGS mapping at 1:100,000 scale.
