Second Capital Contribution definition

Second Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.2(a).
Second Capital Contribution means the Capital Contribution of AHF paid or payable to the Partnership pursuant to Section 5.1(b)(ii) of this Agreement.
Second Capital Contribution has the meaning assigned in SECTION 2.4 (B).

  • Additional Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
