Second Equity Capital Contribution Date definition

Second Equity Capital Contribution Date is defined in Section 2.6 of the Contribution Agreement.
Second Equity Capital Contribution Date means a Business Day following the Initial Equity Capital Contribution Date on which the satisfaction or waiver of all of the Equity Capital Contribution Conditions Precedent with respect to the Second Equity Capital Contribution occurs.
