Second Extension definition

Second Extension has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.21.

Second Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Article III(a).

Examples of Second Extension in a sentence

• The entering into of the Second Extension Letter constitutes a discloseable transaction for the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules and is therefore subject to the announcement requirement under the Listing Rules.
