Second Mortgage Debenture definition
Second Mortgage Debenture means the Mortgage Debenture dated the date hereof in which MSUK assigns, charges and grants to MSI a continuing security interest in and to the Subsidiary Collateral of MSUK as described therein, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
