Second Preferred Fleet Mortgage definition
Second Preferred Fleet Mortgage means that certain Second Preferred Fleet Mortgage of even date herewith executed and delivered by the Grantor in favor of the Secured Party, as such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
