Second Quarter definition

Second Quarter means the six months from April 1 to September 30.
Second Quarter means, with respect to any fiscal year of the Borrower, the thirteen (13) week period ending on the Sunday closest to June 30 of such fiscal year.
Second Quarter means, in respect of any year, the months of April, May and June;

More Definitions of Second Quarter

Second Quarter means April, May and June.
Second Quarter means the three-month period that commences on April 1 and ends on June 30.
