Quarterly Report definition
Quarterly Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.
Quarterly Report means a report on the intraday capacity calculation issued by the CCC and the Core TSOs on a quarterly basis;

For purposes of this Warrant, in determining the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock, the Holder may rely on the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock as reflected in (x) the Company’s most recent Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q or Annual Report on Form 10-K, as the case may be, (y) a more recent public announcement by the Company or (z) any other written notice by the Company or the Transfer Agent setting forth the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
More Definitions of Quarterly Report
Quarterly Report means the mandatory report on the status of loans enrolled submitted to the Authority by each Participating Financial Institution on a quarterly basis, no later than the 15th of the month following the end of each quarter.
