Second Security Documents definition

Second Security Documents means, collectively, the “Second Account Security”, the “Second General Assignment” and the “Second Shares Pledge”, each as defined in the Amended and Restated Charter.
Second Security Documents means, together, the Borrower’s Guarantees, the Second Mortgages, the Second General Assignments, the Second Deeds of Covenant, the Second Earnings Account Pledges, the Second Charter Assignments and the Second Manager’s Undertakings.
Second Security Documents means the Second Debenture, the Second Indenture of Mortgage, the Second NTL UK Intra-Group Loan Assignment, the Second Parent Intra-Group Loan Assignment, the Second Security Agreement, the Second Share Charge Agreement, the Second Share Pledge, the Second Standard Securities and the Second Pledge Agreement.

  • Guaranty and Security Agreement means a guaranty and security agreement, dated as of even date with the Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, executed and delivered by each of the Borrowers and each of the Guarantors to Agent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of the “Pledge and Security Agreement” shall include the terms of all Applicable Annexes (as defined in the Pledge and Security Agreement).

  • Foreign Security Documents means the collective reference to the security agreements, debentures, pledge agreements, charges and other similar documents and agreements pursuant to which any Grantor purports to pledge or grant a security interest in any property or assets located outside of the United States (including any Pledged Equity Interests of any Issuer organized under a jurisdiction other than the United States or any state or locality thereof securing the Secured Obligations).

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, and as made reasonably available by Securiti.

  • UK Security Agreement means each of the security documents expressed to be governed by the laws of England (as modified, supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time) covering certain of such UK Loan Party’s present and future UK Collateral.
