• The Revolving Banks acknowledge that, notwithstanding that the Security covers the Term Loan and the Term Banks, the Term Banks have also taken the security constituted by, or pursuant to, the Second Security Documents.

More Definitions of Second Security Documents

Second Security Documents means each of the following:

Second Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Second Mortgage and a second priority assignment of insurances in respect of the Vessel executed by Owner in favour of Second Mortgagee;

Second Security Documents means the Second Debenture, the Second Indenture of Mortgage, the Second NTL CC Security Over Cash Agreement, the Second NTL UK Intra-Group Loan Assignment, the Second Parent Intra-Group Loan Assignment, the Second Security Agreement, the Second Share Charge Agreement, the Second Share Pledge, the Second Standard Securities and the Second Pledge Agreement.

Second Security Documents means, together, the NMM Partnership Interests Pledge A, the GP LLC Interests Pledge and the Navios Logistics Shares Pledge, and any other documents designated by the Borrower and the Lender as a “Second Security Document”;

Second Security Documents has the meaning ascribed to “Security Documents” in the Second Loan Agreement and includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Second Loan Agreement, the Second Mortgage, the Second General Assignment and the Second Account Pledge;
