Second Stage definition

Second Stage means the second stage of labor where there is complete cervical dilation to 10 centimeters and ends with the delivery of the Newborn.
Second Stage means, for each Station, the period of time after CNI's use of the CNI Digital Channel on that Station commences.
Second Stage means the obligations of the Assignee set forth in Section 4 below, under that term;

More Definitions of Second Stage

Second Stage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(b).
Second Stage. MEANS THE PERIOD COMMENCING ON THE EARLIER TO OCCUR OF (i) THE FIRST (1ST) DAY OF THE SEVENTH (7TH) FULL CALENDAR MONTH AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT DATE AND (ii) THE DATE TENANT ACTUALLY OCCUPIES THE SECOND PHASE, AND CONTINUING UNTIL THE EARLIER TO OCCUR OF (x) THE END OF THE FIRST (1ST) LEASE YEAR AND (y) THE DATE TENANT ACTUALLY OCCUPIES THE FINAL PHASE.
Second Stage means the period commencing on the date which is the earlier to occur of (i) July 1, 1999 and (ii) the date Tenant actually occupies the Second Phase, and continuing until the earlier to occur of (x) March 31, 2000 and (y) the date Tenant actually occupies the Third Phase.

During the Second Stage meeting as provided above, the Union, or the employee, may be represented by a representative of the National Office of the Union, the President of the Local Union, a maximum of three (3) members of the Union Grievance Panel who shall be employees of the Company and any employee possessed of factual knowledge touching on the matter in question. The Company shall also have the right to have present any officers, officials or agents of the Company. in Section and shall be strictly observed. Any grievance not filed within the time limits established by the provisions of this Agreement shall be considered disposed of or settled. If the Company fails to comply with the time limits established by the provisions of this Agreement the Union may file the grievance in the next succeeding stage. It is expressly provided, however, that the parties may agree in writing in respect to any grievance to extend and/or waive any of the time limits imposed on either of them. The designation of the time and place involved in the discussions and meetings and/or for the preparation of written grievances as provided in the foregoing sections of this Article shall he subject to thedirection of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or supervisor concerned and shall be held during working hours on the day of the request or as soon as practical thereafter. Second Stage. If the wage earner's immediate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or his representative does not return his decision within the time prescribed or if such decision is unacceptable, then the Union Committee shall, within five (5) working days, request in writing a meeting with an Employer representative in order to settle the grievance.   • Phase III means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product, which trial is designed to: (a) establish that a Licensed Product is safe and efficacious for its intended use; (b) define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the Licensed Product in the dosage range to be prescribed; (c) support regulatory approval of such Licensed Product; and (d) be generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(c).
