Second Subscription Shares means: (a) the Second Tranche Alclin Shares (20 000 B Class Ordinary Shares - Alclin in Alclin); and (b) the Second Tranche Alclin Manufacturing Shares (20 000 B Class Ordinary Shares – Alclin Manufacturing in Alclin Manufacturing);
