Second Tier Junior Obligations definition
Second Tier Junior Obligations means the TIFIA Bond, the Existing TIFIA Bonds and any other obligations of the Borrower secured by a pledge of or payable from the Pledged Taxes on a parity with the pledge that secures the TIFIA Bond.
Second Tier Junior Obligations means the TIFIA Bond, the Outstanding TIFIA Bonds, and any other obligations of the Authority secured by a pledge of or payable from the Pledged Taxes on a parity with the pledge that secures the TIFIA Bond.
