Secondary Conditions definition

Secondary Conditions means collectively:
Secondary Conditions means each of the following: (A) the licensee has obtained license, permits and approvals required to commence construction of the proposed facility and (B) the licensee has commenced material construction of the applicable facility beyond site work (e.g., executing an engineering, procurement and construction agreement) or has placed purchase orders for critical path long lead equipment.
