Secondary Packaging Materials definition

Secondary Packaging Materials as used in this Agreement shall mean any material employed in the secondary packaging of the Product (e.g. leaflet, label and folded box), but excluding any outer packaging used for transportation or shipment. All Secondary Packaging Materials are listed in the ▇▇▇▇ of Materials.
Secondary Packaging Materials means the components and other materials utilized by Sharp in connection with the packaging of the Products and supplied by Sharp on Manufacturer’s behalf.
Secondary Packaging Materials means all pouches, labels, shipping ----------------------------- containers and other materials required under the Specifications to package filled, sealed and sterile Dosage Containers as Finished Product ready for shipment.

  • For the purposes of ordering Secondary Packaging Materials and scheduling capacity, Manufacturer shall provide Sharp with purchase orders (each, a "Purchase Order") in connection with such three (3) month period for the Packaged Products to be supplied during such period, which shall specify the quantities and delivery dates for the Packaged Products for such period.

  • The Purchaser will bear all risks and costs of the transport for the Bulk Gel, the Secondary Packaging Materials and the completely filled Applicators.
