Secondary Packaging Materials definition

Secondary Packaging Materials as used in this Agreement shall mean any material employed in the secondary packaging of the Product (e.g. leaflet, label and folded box), but excluding any outer packaging used for transportation or shipment. All Secondary Packaging Materials are listed in the Xxxx of Materials.
Secondary Packaging Materials means the components and other materials utilized by Sharp in connection with the packaging of the Products and supplied by Sharp on Manufacturer’s behalf.
Secondary Packaging Materials means any packaging materials (including but not limited to folding cardboard boxes, wrappings and instructions to accompany the boxes) supplied by the Purchaser or a Third Party into which the Finished Product is to be packaged in accordance with the Specifications.

  • For the purposes of ordering Secondary Packaging Materials and scheduling capacity, Manufacturer shall provide Sharp with purchase orders (each, a "Purchase Order") in connection with such three (3) month period for the Packaged Products to be supplied during such period, which shall specify the quantities and delivery dates for the Packaged Products for such period.

  • The Purchaser shall supply to the Supplier such quantities of the Bulk Gel and the Secondary Packaging Materials as is required in order for the Supplier to produce the quantity of Finished Products set out in each Purchase Order.

  • Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks. The vehicle, tie-down system, and auxiliary equipment may be designated as part of the packaging.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.
