Secondment Contract definition

Secondment Contract means a form of secondment contract among the Grantor, the Operator and Seconded Staff.
Secondment Contract means a contract to be entered into between the Company and Party B (or any of its Affiliate(s)) in the event that employees are seconded to the Company by Party B (or such Affiliate(s)).
