SECOP definition

SECOP means the electronic procurement system set forth in the Borrower’s Presidential Decree No. 1818 of December 6, 2006, published in the Borrower’s National Official Bulletin on December 11, 2006.

  • The Borrower shall make all public filings required by law in connection with the execution of this Agreement, including any requirements to publish the Agreement in the Sistema Electrónico para la Contratación Pública – SECOP.
