For the protection and enforcement of the provisions of this Section 12.07, each and every Certificateholder and the Trust Administrator shall be entitled to such relief as can be given either at law or in equity.
Each Custodial Agreement may be amended only as provided in Section 12.07 of this Agreement.
The Trustee will maintain an office at the address stated in Section 12.07 hereof where notices and demands to or upon the Trustee in respect of the Certificates may be served.
