The Company may elect, at its option at any time, to have Section 1302 or Section 1303 applied to any Securities or any series of Securities, as the case may be, designated pursuant to Section 301 as being defeasible pursuant to such Section 1302 or 1303, in accordance with any applicable requirements provided pursuant to Section 301 and upon compliance with the conditions set forth below in this Article.
A copy of any such instrument shall be provided to the Trustee and the Master Servicer together with an Opinion of Counsel that such amendment complies with this Section 13.02.
If at any time the Company shall fail to maintain any such required office or agency or shall fail to furnish the Trustee with the address thereof, such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands may be made or served at the address of the Trustee set forth in Section 13.02.

The provisions of the last paragraph of Section 1003 shall apply to any money held by the Trustee or any Paying Agent under this Article that remains unclaimed for two years after the Maturity of any series of Securities for which money or U.S. Government Obligations have been deposited pursuant to Section 1302 or 1303.
Each of the Subsidiary Guarantors hereby agrees that the Subsidiary Guarantee set forth in Section 1302 shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any failure to endorse on each Security a notation relating to the Subsidiary Guarantee.
