Section 1.67 . Rollover Distribution’ means a rollover of an eligible rollover distribution from a qualified plan described in Section 401(a) of the Code (including indirectly through a conduit IRA), including after-tax employee contributions, but excluding Roth contributions (provided, however, that a Rollover Distribution may not include any distribution attributable to amounts withdrawn from this Plan).”
