Section 191. A person becomes homeless intentionally if they deliberately do, or fail to do, something that causes them to lose their accommodation in circumstances where it would have been reasonable for them to have continued to occupy that accommodation. New guidance is awaited on the amended Homelessness Act 2002 (Homelessness Reduction Act 2017) on managing intentional homeless particularly for 16 and 17 year olds.

Examples of Section 191 in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 19.1 of this Appendix 2, no remedy conferred by any provision of this Appendix 2 is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy and each and every remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given hereunder or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise.

  • Notwithstanding Section 19.1, of Article 19, Leave Without Pay, the Employer may separate an employee in accordance with Article 34, Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Separation.

  • Any claims, disputes or controversies between the Parties arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, which have not been resolved in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 19.1 above shall be decided by arbitration to be conducted in Minneapolis, Minnesota in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures of the AAA then in effect, unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise.

  • In addition to definitions appearing elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings: AAA is defined in Section 19.1. Agreement is defined in the Preamble.
