Section 1(c). The Town will provide a maintenance allowance of
Section 1(c). Section 1(c) of the Agreement is amended by deleting in its entirety the phrase "3 years" in the first sentence thereof and replacing it with the phrase "6 years".

  • Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, for purposes of this Section 1(c), beneficial ownership shall be calculated in accordance with Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, it being acknowledged by the Holder that the Holder is solely responsible for any schedules required to be filed in accordance therewith.

  • This Safe will automatically terminate (without relieving the Company of any obligations arising from a prior breach of or non-compliance with this Safe) immediately following the earliest to occur of: (i) the issuance of Capital Stock to the Investor pursuant to the automatic conversion of this Safe under Section 1(a); or (ii) the payment, or setting aside for payment, of amounts due the Investor pursuant to Section 1(b) or Section 1(c).

  • Upon expiration of such thirty (30) calendar day period, Registry Operator may not thereafter terminate the Registry Agreement pursuant to this Section 1(c) as a result of such Change Notice.

  • Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a Change Notice, Registry Operator may terminate the Registry Agreement upon five (5) calendar days written notice to ICANN; provided, however, that Registry Operator may not terminate the Registry Agreement pursuant to this Section 1(c) following the first delegation of the TLD to nameservers designated by Registry Operator into the root-zone.

  • Section 1(c) is hereby amended by the adding the words “including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Credit Support Annex” after the words “Master Agreement”.

  • Custodian’s suppliers of Third Party Data and Services are intended third party beneficiaries of this Section 1(c) and Section 5 below.

  • If there has not been a Change in Control (as defined in Section 10(c) hereof), the Reviewing Party shall be selected by the Board of Directors, and if there has been such a Change in Control (other than a Change in Control which has been approved by a majority of the Company's Board of Directors who were directors immediately prior to such Change in Control), the Reviewing Party shall be the Independent Legal Counsel referred to in Section 1(c) hereof.

  • This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by a written agreement executed by both parties, except that any amendment to the Schedule I hereto need be signed only by the Fund and any amendment to Schedule III hereto may be made as provided in Article III, Section 1(c).

  • Section 3 means Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.

  • Section 2 Nonresident BIDDER" means a BIDDERS whose principal place of business is not in this state, but excludes a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.

  • Paragraph 3 No exchange teaching leave shall be granted for a period longer than one school year. The teacher receiving such a leave shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits of employment he/she would have received had he/she performed his/her regularly contracted functions during the period of such leave.
