Section 2 Citizen definition

Section 2 Citizen means a “citizen of the United States” within the meaning of 46 U.S.C. §50501(a), (b) and (d) qualified to own and operate vessels for operation in the coastwise trade of the United States.
Section 2 Citizen means a Person that is a citizen of the United States of America as required for the coastwise trade under Section 50501 of Title 46 of the United States Code and the regulations in effect from time to time thereunder.
Section 2 Citizen means a “citizen of the United States” within the meaning of Section 2 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, qualified to engage in the United States coastwise trade.
