Section 3 Covered Assistance means funding provided under HUD that is expended for work arising in connection with:

Section 3 Covered Assistance means housing and/or community development financial assistance received from HUD including, but not limited to, the following programs*:
Section 3 Covered Assistance means:
a. Public and Indian housing development assistance provided under section 5 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, as amended (the "1937 Act") [42 U.S.C.1437(c)];
b. Public and Indian housing operating assistance under section 9 of the 1937 Act;
c. Public and Indian housing modernization assistance provided under section 14 of the 1937 Act; and
d. Assistance provided under any HUD housing or community development program that is expended for work arising in connection with: (i) housing rehabilitation;
