section 341. “section 54” and “section 56” refer to the sections as contained in the Criminal Procedure Act and will include any subsequent amendments thereto or corresponding clauses in any legislation in replacement thereof;

  • Section 4(2) shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
