Basic Lease Provisions means and refer to the following collective terms, the application of which shall be governed by the provisions in the remaining Articles of this Lease.
Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement by and between the City and the Corporation to be dated as of the date of its delivery, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;
Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.
