In order to exercise its termination right pursuant to this Section 4.2.3, PacifiCorp must deliver the Subsequent DNR Termination Notice to Seller within ten (10) Business Days after the extended DNR Cut-off Date, after which time PacifiCorp’s termination right pursuant to this Section 4.2.3 will terminate.
Subject to Section 4.2.3, the DNR Termination Notice will be effective on the thirtieth (30th) day after delivery to Seller.
