Section 551 Amount definition
Section 551 Amount means for any prescribed period, the amount stated in the relevant ordinary or special resolution;
Section 551 Amount means US$1 for the first Allotment Period and for any other Allotment Period means the amount specified as such by the Relevant Ordinary Resolution;

Section 551 Amount means, for any prescribed period, the amount stated in the relevant ordinary or special resolution, or in this document, as the amount which the Directors are authorised to allot for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act;
