Section 88 means section 88 of the Criminal Justice ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (as amended by section 101 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994);

  • Any resignation or removal of the Trustee and appointment of a successor trustee pursuant to any of the provisions of this Section 8.7 shall become effective upon acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee as provided in Section 8.8 hereof.

  • No successor trustee shall accept appointment as provided in this Section 8.8 unless at the time of such acceptance such successor trustee shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 8.6 hereof and its appointment shall not adversely affect the then current rating of the Certificates.

  • Such notice shall contain and constitute an offer to prepay Notes as described in subparagraph (b) of this Section 8.8 and shall be accompanied by the certificate described in subparagraph (e) of this Section 8.8.

  • In case at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section 8.7, the Trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.8.

  • Any resignation or removal of the Trustee or Certificate Administrator shall not become effective until acceptance of the appointment by the successor Trustee or Certificate Administrator, as applicable, as provided in Section 8.8.
