Section E3 of the Cemetery means the grassed area consisting of Rows 254 to 285 (635 plots) as shown on Schedule “B”.

  • Conditions under Section E.3 related to monitoring and reporting are required to provide the Central Valley Water Board necessary project information and oversight to ensure project discharges are complying with applicable Basin Plan requirements.

Related to Section E3

  • Section 504 Plan means a student’s individualized plan developed by the student’s Section 504 multidisciplinary team after a pre-placement evaluation finding the student is disabled within the meaning of Section 504 and its implementing regulations.

  • Section 4(2) shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Article 55 BRRD means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.

  • Subsection means subsection of the section in which the term is used;

  • Section 3 means Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.

  • Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.

  • Section 8 means Section 8(c)(2)(A) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended.

  • Section 415 Compensation means:

  • Section 504 means section 504 of the Act.

  • Section 404 Report means management’s report on “internal control over financial reporting” as defined by the SEC and the related attestation report of the independent certified public accountant as described in Section 3(A)(1).

  • Section 102 means section 102 of the Ordinance and any regulations, rules, orders or procedures promulgated thereunder as now in effect or as hereafter amended.

  • Paragraph 3 The use of new instructional materials and classroom presentations that may involve controversial issues should be planned by the individual teacher and discussed with the department chairman and the building principal before they are initiated in the classroom.

  • Section 510(b) Claim means any Claim against the Debtors arising from rescission of a purchase or sale of a security of the Debtors or an Affiliate of the Debtors, for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such a security, or for reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.

  • Section 510(b) Claims means any Claim against a Debtor arising from rescission of a purchase or sale of an equity security of the Debtors or an Affiliate of the Debtors for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such an equity security or for reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Section 1110 means Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Paragraph means a portion of this Decree identified by an Arabic numeral;

  • Sectional Plan means the Sectional Plan drawn or to be drawn in respect of the Erf and Buildings in terms of the STA, approved or to be approved by the Surveyor-General and to be registered in the relevant deeds’ registry;

  • Sections “Subsections”, “Paragraphs”, and other subdivisions without reference to a document are to designated Articles, Sections, Subsections, Paragraphs and other subdivisions of this Agreement;

  • Paragraph 4 The teacher, not the Board, has the responsibility to initiate a change or the termination of the purchase of tax-deferred annuities in accordance with established Board policies.

  • Early Termination Charge means, with respect to any 2016-B Lease that is terminated prior to its Maturity Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the present value (discounted at the implicit rate of such 2016-B Lease) of all remaining Monthly Payments and (b) the excess, if any, of the adjusted 2016-B Lease balance over the related 2016-B Vehicle’s fair market wholesale value in accordance with accepted practices in the automobile industry (or by written agreement between the Servicer, on behalf of the Titling Trust, and the Lessee).

  • Automatic Early Termination provision of Section 6(a) will not apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.
