A new ASF Member may purchase up to two (2) times annual salary in optional employee life coverage by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section E3 without evidence of insurability.
All ASF Members hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section E3.

The respective rights and obligations of Business Associate under Section E.3 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
The rights of the Company under this Section E.3 are in addition to any other rights and remedies which the Company may have under this Agreement or otherwise.
Because future PAGA claims are subject to claim preclusion upon entry of the Judgment, Participating and Non-Participating Class Members who are Aggrieved Employees are deemed to release the claims identified in Section E.3. of this Agreement and are eligible for an Individual PAGA Payment.
