Section IX. Section IX(A)(1) provides that members will be entitled to attend all meetings of the general membership and, subject to confidentiality limitations, meetings held by NPCC’s committees, task forces, and any other NPCC group. Members are also permitted to vote to amend the bylaws or to establish, modify, or eliminate reliability standards.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Master Agreement, Participating Addendum, or ordering document, the terms of this Section IX will apply.

  • In addition to termination pursuant to Section IX, any party may terminate this Agreement by written notice, which termination shall be effective 48 hours after such notice is given.

  • The State shall bill the Agency for that portion of State costs which were not reimbursed by the Federal Government (see Section IX).
