TBS Access Code means any code or number as may be prescribed by the Bank to enable the Account Holder to operate any Telephone Banking Service and includes but is not limited to such access codes known as the Customer Identification Number (“CIN”) and/or the Telephone Personal Identification Number (“T-PIN”) (as the case may be).
Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;
Access Codes means the username and password provided by the Company to the Client for accessing his Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.
Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives. It is only applicable to higher education institutions located in Programme Countries. 5 Country code: ISO 3166-2 country codes available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/obp/ui/#search. 6 Any Programme Country enterprise or, more generally, any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth (training of staff members from Programme Country HEIs in Partner Country non-academic partners is not eligible).
Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;
Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153.
Affordable Care Act means, collectively, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.
The HIPAA Privacy Rule means the Standards for Privacy of Individually 10 Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
IT Act means Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made there under and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force;
Access control means a system for allowing only approved individuals to have unescorted access to the security zone and for ensuring that all other individuals are subject to escorted access.
IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;
Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.
Open Source Code means a software program that is licensed under terms that require disclosure to parties other than the licensor of the source materials of the software program or modifications thereof, or any source materials of any other software program with which the Open Source Code software program is intended to operate, or that create obligations to distribute any portions of any software program with which the Open Source Code software program is used. Open Source Code includes, without limitation, any software licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act means Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, as amended.
HIPAA Privacy Rule means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the privacy of Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR Part 160 and 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart E.
Malicious Code means viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs.
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
