Secured Creditor Class definition
Secured Creditor Class means the Class comprised of the Credit Facility Lenders in respect of the Credit Facility Claims.
Secured Creditor Class means the Secured Creditor having a Proven Claim.
Secured Creditor Class means a class consisting of the Secured Creditors established under and for the purposes of this Plan, including voting in respect thereof.
