Secured Finance Document definition

Secured Finance Document means a Finance Document or a Secured Hedging Document or a Treasury Management Document. Secured Hedging Document has the meaning given to that term in the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between any Secured Finance Document and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Until the Final Discharge Date, no ICA Group Company shall, except with the prior consent of the Secured Debt Agents, be subrogated to or entitled to exercise any right of any Secured Party or any Security or guarantee under any Secured Finance Document.

  • No such release will affect the obligations and liabilities of any other ICA Group Company under any Secured Finance Document or Intercompany Document.
