Secured Financing Transaction definition
Secured Financing Transaction means any transaction or series of transactions pursuant to which the Company enters into, creates, or incurs any indebtedness for borrowed money of any kind, and in connection with such transaction, grants any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance to its assets or property.
