Secured Notes Security Documents definition

Secured Notes Security Documents means all security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages and other security documents, as they may be further amended, restated or modified from time to time, and any other documents, agreements or instruments now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create (or purport to create) Liens on any assets or properties to secure any obligations under the Secured Notes Documents.
Secured Notes Security Documents means the collective reference to all security documents delivered to the agent under the Secured Bridge Facility and/or the Secured Notes and granting a Lien on any property of any Person to secure the obligations and liabilities of any Loan Party under the Secured Bridge Facility and/or the Secured Notes.
Secured Notes Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the First Supplemental Indenture which create a Secured Notes Lien.

Secured Notes Security Documents means, collectively, the Intercreditor Agreements, the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes Security Agreement, other security agreements relating to the Collateral (as defined in the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes Security Agreement) and the instruments filed and recorded in appropriate jurisdictions to preserve and protect the Liens on such Collateral in favor of the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes Collateral Agent for the benefit of itself, the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes Trustee and the holders of the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes securing the Existing 7.00% Secured Notes Obligations (including, without limitation, financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code of the relevant states) applicable to such Collateral, each as in effect on February 11, 2011, or if entered into after February 11, 2011, as in effect on such later date, and, in the case of each of the foregoing, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or replaced from time to time.
