Secured Recourse Debt definition

Secured Recourse Debt means all Secured Debt of any Person on a recourse basis.
Secured Recourse Debt means Secured Debt that is Recourse Debt.
Secured Recourse Debt means, with respect to any Person and its Subsidiaries as of any date of determination, Secured Debt that is recourse to such Person (it being understood that any indebtedness which provides for recourse to a Person solely by virtue of a guaranty of, or direct liability for, customary recourse exceptions shall not constitute Secured Recourse Debt).

  • Maintain as of each Test Date, a Secured Recourse Debt Ratio of not greater than 20%.

More Definitions of Secured Recourse Debt

Secured Recourse Debt means as of any given date the amount of the Secured Debt less the amount of Non-Recourse Debt.
Secured Recourse Debt means, at any date of determination, Recourse Debt which is secured by any Lien on the assets of the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries, as at the end of the most recently ended fiscal quarter of the Parent Guarantor for which financial statements are required to be delivered to the Lenders pursuant to Section 5.03(b) or (c), as the case may be.
