Securely fastened definition

Securely fastened means that the object or thing referred to shall be substantially fixed in place.

Securely fastened means that the safety device or object referred to shall be so secured in place that it cannot be moved under normal or reasonably foreseen conditions or circumstances.

Securely fastened means a part or component that is present, attached in the correct location as designed by the vehicle or component manufacturer, and is firmly affixed with the appropriate fasteners.
