Securities Intermediaries means, collectively, JPMorgan Chase Bank, acting as securities intermediary under the Collection Account Control Agreement or any successor thereto thereunder and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, acting as securities intermediary under the Reserve Account Control Agreement and the Yield Supplement Account Control Agreement or any successor thereto thereunder.
