Actual Redemptions means the actual redemptions of (i) 2,432,520 MCAF’s shares in the amount of
Actual Redemptions. “Expected Interest”, “Initial Funding Source”, “Initial Planning Amount”, “Initial Principal Amount”, “Maximum Possible Redemptions”, “Outstanding Funding Source”, and “Planning Interest Rate” are hereby deleted.
Actual Redemptions means those principal payments made to Sub Note Holders of the Initial Funding Source in accordance with the terms thereof between the preceding Invoice Date and the Invoice Date.
