Securities System Account definition

Securities System Account shall have the meaning provided in Subsection 3.8(a) hereof.
Securities System Account shall have the meaning provided in Subparagraph 4(g)(i) hereof.

Examples of Securities System Account in a sentence

  • State Street shall transfer securities sold for the account of the Portfolio upon (i) receipt of advice from the U.S. Securities System that payment for such securities has been transferred to the U.S. Securities System Account, and (ii) the making of an entry on the records of State Street to reflect such transfer and payment for the account of the Portfolio.

  • The Custodian shall transfer Domestic Securities sold for the account of the Fund upon (A) receipt of advice from the Securities System that payment for such securities has been transferred to the Securities System Account, and (B) the making of an entry on the records of the Custodian to reflect such transfer and payment for the account of the Fund.

Related to Securities System Account

  • Securities System means the Federal Reserve Book-Entry System, a clearing agency which acts as a Securities Depository, or another book entry system for the central handling of securities (including an Eligible Securities Depository).

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Direct Account : means any Account which is not an ISA Account.

  • Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Designated Deposit Account is Borrower’s deposit account, account number , maintained with Bank.

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Controlled Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Qualified Depository A depository the accounts of which are insured by the FDIC through the BIF or the SAIF and the debt obligations of which are rated AA or better by Standard & Poor's Corporation.

  • Project Accounts means accounts referred to in and required to be established under the Senior Funding Agreements;

  • Clearing Account means the account so designated and established by Section 5.04(1) hereof.

  • Trading Account means the unique personified registration system of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions, Orders and deposit/withdrawal transactions in the Trading Platform.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Securities Depository means The Depository Trust Company and any other clearing agency registered with the SEC under Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”), which acts as a system for the central handling of Securities where all Securities of any particular class or series of an issuer deposited within the system are treated as fungible and may be transferred or pledged by bookkeeping entry without physical delivery of the Securities.
