Securitization definition

Securitization means one or more sales by a Note Holder of all or a portion of such Note to a depositor, who will in turn include such portion of such Note as part of a securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Securitization means the Note A-1 Securitization or the Note A-2 Securitization.
Securitization shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1 hereof.

Examples of Securitization in a sentence

  • The Owner may sell and transfer, in whole or in part, some or all of the Non-Agency Mortgage Loans at any time and from time to time (including, without limitation, in connection with a Private Securitization Transaction or a Public Securitization Transaction).

  • Notwithstanding clause (xiv) above, to the extent that the Mortgage Loan Borrower actually pays any assumption fees, such assumption fees otherwise allocable to the Holders instead shall be payable as Additional Servicing Compensation as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Securitization means a public or private offering by a Lender or any of its Affiliates or their respective successors and assigns of securities or notes which represent an interest in, or which are collateralized, in whole or in part, by the Loans and the Lender’s rights under the Credit Documents.
