The Owner may sell and transfer, in whole or in part, some or all of the Non-Agency Mortgage Loans at any time and from time to time (including, without limitation, in connection with a Private Securitization Transaction or a Public Securitization Transaction).
Notwithstanding clause (xiv) above, to the extent that the Mortgage Loan Borrower actually pays any assumption fees, such assumption fees otherwise allocable to the Holders instead shall be payable as Additional Servicing Compensation as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if a Note is held by a Securitization Trust at a time when its Note Holder would be entitled to receive any amount under such preceding sentence, such amount shall be remitted to the Person that was the Note Holder of such Note immediately prior to the transfer of such Note to the depositor for such Securitization.
