Note A-6 Securitization definition

Note A-6 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-6 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-6 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-6 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Note A-6 Securitization shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-6 Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-6 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Note A-6 Holder.

Examples of Note A-6 Securitization in a sentence

  • In the event that the Borrowers fail to select the Type of Loan, or the duration of any Interest Period for any Eurodollar Loan, within the time period and otherwise as provided in this Section 4.05, such Loan (if outstanding as a Eurodollar Loan) will be automatically Converted into a Base Rate Loan on the last day of the then current Interest Period for such Loan or (if outstanding as a Base Rate Loan) will remain as, or (if not then outstanding) will be made as, a Base Rate Loan.

  • On and after the Note A-6 Securitization Date, Note A-6 shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-6 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-6 Holder.

  • On and after the Note A-6 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than any Note(s) not included in the Note A-6 Securitization) shall be transferred to and held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-6 PSA, on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.

  • On and after the Note A-6 Securitization Date, Note A-6 shall be held in the name of the Note A-6 Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-6 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-6 Holder.

  • Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2-2 Securitization Date, the Note A-3 Securitization Date, the Note A-4 Securitization Date, the Note A-5 Securitization Date and the Note A-6 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note X-0, Xxxx X-0-0, Xxxx X-0-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-4, Note A-5 and Note A-6) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.

  • If the Lead Securitization is not also the Note A-6 Securitization, then on and after the Lead Securitization Date the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-6 and any other Notes not included in such Lead Securitization) shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.

  • Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the Note A-3 Securitization Date, Note A-4 Securitization Date, Note A-5 Securitization Date and the Note A-6 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-4, Note A-5 and Note A-6) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.

  • On and after the Note A-6 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-4 and Note A-5, unless any such Note is also included in the A-6 Securitization) shall be transferred to and held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-6 PSA, on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.

Note A-6 Securitization means the BMO 2023-C4 Securitization.
Note A-6 Securitization means the CD2 Securitization.

  • Note A-2 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-2 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-2 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-2 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-1 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-1 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-1 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-1 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-2 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-1 Securitization.

  • First Securitization means the earliest to occur of the Note A-1 Securitization and the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Securitization means one or more sales by a Note Holder of all or a portion of such Note to a depositor, who will in turn include such portion of such Note as part of a securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Note A-3 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Lead Securitization Note means the Note included in the Lead Securitization.

  • Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.

  • Note A-5 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Note A-9 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
